My name is Sophia, and I was born in Shanghai in the summer of 2011. After graduating from primary school, I moved to Malta, where I am completing my secondary education. I hold Chinese nationality and a Maltese PR card, and I have a cheerful personality with a wide range of interests.

Taekwondo
Practiced Taekwondo at Shanghai T-Star Taekwondo Club for 3 years and earned the Red Belt (Grade 3) certification in 2020, at age 9.
Latin Dance
Trained in Latin dance for 3 years at Shanghai You-Rui Dance School and passed the CDA-CBDF Art Test Level 9 in 2021, at age 10.
GuQin
I started learning the Guqin in the summer of 2025. Playing it has helped me appreciate the calmness of traditional Chinese music.
Piano
I started learning piano at age 5 at Shanghai Da-Cheng Art School and continued for 2 years. reaching about Grade 4 according to my instructor.
Chess
In 2025, I joined the beginner course of Swieqi Chess Club, it helped me improve logical thinking, plan several steps ahead, and develop patience and concentration.
Crochet
I have enjoyed crocheting since I was 7, it allows me to transform threads into beautiful creations. bringing me a sense of calm and accomplishment with every stitch.
Coding
I started exploring SaaS coding with my Dad In 2024, and took the CodeMaster course at High School and started to learn Godot game engine from 2025.
Badminton
In 2018, I started learning badminton through private training. From 2024, I started formal training at Malta Evolve Badminton Academy for 1 year.
Tennis
In 2022, I studied professional tennis at the Malta Baseline Tennis Academy for 1 year, mainly practicing at courts in Swieqi and San Gwann.
YOGA
From 2023 to 2025, I participated in the After School Programme at St. Catherine's High School, continuing to practice yoga for 2 years.
Swimming
I started learning swimming at age 6 under the guidance of a professional coach and continued for 1 year. I learned different strokes and built confidence in the water.
Renju
I joined the Renju club in primary school to enhance my logical reasoning skills and obtained a Amateur level4 certificate through competitions.
